we do not profile based on ethnicity because it simply does not work, you have to profile behaviourally.

Back to the topic, after all your arguments, I still don't see what harm racial profiling can do. It's not like you tell them they can't fly, they simply have to show they're not carrying any suspicious item onto a flight. True, sometimes the perpetrator will be different looking. It's not like you tell them they can't have a certain job, why would they care? They should understand it.

no. profiling based on ethnicity will not work because 1) look at this incident, it was from overseas not usa, you can't expect Netherlands to go along with american requests, and 2) there will be ways around profiling, if only one ethnicity is targeted.

it may make ignorant and scared people feel better but it will not stop terrorism. the better way to stop terrorism is to stop committing it yourself.

Completely stupid to be make a damn law for racial profiling. It completely undermines the constitution and what this country stands for.
