This was my warm up for a push day. The exercise is a hard one to use much weight on but thats perfect as i can go warm up my shoulders and still practise my overhead squat to the ground. The press is carried out in the bottom out position, with calves resting on hamstrings. Did a set before this with just the bar. This was part of a full 'push' workout including push press up to 140kg (309lbs) and bench press up to 160kg (353lbs). Was quite tired at that point.
