As President Obama addressed the state of the economy recently, he acknowledged that many Americans are struggling with hunger and turning to food banks for help. But as those people reach out, he noted, food banks across the country are often unable to keep up with demand.

We can all help our neighbors during these tough times. As the nations leading domestic hunger-relief charity, Feeding America supports a nationwide network of more than 200 food banks. You can help food banks in your community and across the country, and in turn, help the millions of Americans in need.

Spread the word about the growing problem of hunger in America and how Feeding America is there to help. Post this video on your website or social media space, and email the link to your friends and family.

Together, we can all be a part of President Obamas vision for change in America. Lets start by changing the fact the one in eight Americans are struggling with hunger.

  • Things are this bad in Oregon and the Real unemployment rate is 26% here. No one is doing anything especially our President. All he says is that the US created 2-3 million jobs in the last 6 months which is a big lie. Things are getting worse and not better and so many people are not getting unemployment in Oregon and have fallen off the roles. If the Worksource would do their damn jobs and go on outreach to the businesses and tell people here that there is no work it would be a better thing.

  • Barack Obama presidential ambitions: boosted (no theft implication intended) by actress Jeri RYAN's marital woes. Unrelated to the DEVIL, RYAN was Jessica DEVlin in the CBS drama "Shark" opposite JAMES Woods as Deputy D.A. SEBASTIAN Stark. Obama being succeeded in the U.S. Senate by ROLAND Wallace BURRis (b. 1937 has 8/3 birthday--one day before Obama's). Unrelated: TV journalist ROLAND SEBASTIAN Martin's access to Barack & Michelle LaVAUGHN Obama (watch?v=UIrd4MOatk0); 578-52-3300; 501 E. 16th

  • “Shark” had Henry Simmons as D.A. Investigator Isaac WRIGHT. Unrelated to “puppy love”; idle childhood “a life in politics” themes; the 501 E. 16th address: After Jeri RYAN’s ex-husband, JACK RYAN, abandoned the 2004 Illinois U.S. Senate race, Barack Obama creamed Republican emergency substitute Alan Keyes, who turned 48 on 8/7/98--the day of twin AL qAIDa U.S. Embassy strikes in KENYA & Tanzania. Simmons’ fictional Isaac WRIGHT is unrelated to Obama “Goddamn America” preacher Jeremiah WRIGHT

  • I couldn’t help but notice: FBI drama “Without A Trace” aired 10 PM on CBS Thursdays 2002 until September 2006, when it was moved to Sundays at 10 pm. In the 2007–2008 season it returned it to its old timeslot on Thursdays, swapping timeslots with the legal drama “Shark”, starring Academy Award nominated actor JAMES Woods as Deputy D.A. Sebastian Stark. Unrelated to the 1981 split: Stark also starred Jeri RYAN, whose marital issues paved the way for Barack Hussein Obama’s presidential ambitions

  • I work for a Market Place Ministry that is helping Food Banks with this problem....

    Just Google CharityTracker

  • my thoughts exactly.

  • Right!!! Mike D

  • Feed the hungry, oh, help the poor, oh, and give this and that to everyone, support the families, oh,

    and soon

    oh

we are 20 billion on the planet

    and oh,

how d`you wanna feed all them?

  • Thanks for working so hard to inform us about what we already know. Maybe you could put more effort into sending some of those billions you keep spending of our money to feed those who are going hungry. Just a thought, but what do I know.

  • You know what would help a lot? Instead of throwing out perfectly good leftover food that just wasn't sold that day in the cafeteria or in the supermarket, it could be given to the hungry.

My supermarket has a garbage can right next to the prepared food counter filled with pounds of delicious food, and I asked about it, and I remember them saying they throw it out. I'll ask again, and hopefully, with a little persuasion, that food will go to the hungry rather than the dump.
