n the documentary The short life of Anne Frank the story of her life is told through quotations from her diary, unique photographs from the Frank Family albums and historical film extracts. It also includes the only film footage of Anne Frank.

The film is designed for an audience of both young people and adults and tells not only the story of Anne Frank, her diary, her family and the secret annex, but also of the Second World War and the persecution of the Jews; which makes it an excellent tool in Holocaust education.

Hitler and Nazis disgust me. Hitler was a monster and so were the Nazis. They were and are as horrible and cruel as Al-Queda! God is merciful, but there is and will always be a very strong chance that Nazis went straight to Hell. There is no question that Hitler went straight to Hell.

@empressofthefrench because the borders were closed, and Margot was on a list to be deported, so if they tried to escape, they would have been captured at the border.

We no longer make children read this book in the UK Educational system - it , along with The Silver Sword, were on the compulsory curriculum when I was being educated in the 60s and 70s - now...not considered necessary!
