東京比薩餅翻唱王力宏的「心中的日月」

Here is my rendition of Wang Leehom's masterpiece, "心中的日月(Shangri-La)."
The key point of this song is how to arrange the changing back the Key from Ab to D at the beginning of 2nd verse(Leehom used sort of ill phrase by 二胡 to wipe out the tonality at the moment) .
I tried to find a nice chord to fit that point of change, but unfortunately I couldn't. As such, I used my poor harmonica again instead of 二胡.
