I'd forgotten how much fun it is to make your own floats too.
I'm a self employed gardener and I recently found a peacock feather on the estate garden, which I took home and turned into 5 or 6 floats. The wire armour around armoured cable is galvanised and perfect for making float eyes.
Cheers

I absolutely agree.
What I love most about these videos is how they capture what fishing is really about.
Catching fish is just a small part of it, it's the connection with nature and admiring it's beauty and allowing yourself time to be still in this mad world. As you say... Beautiful imagery.
I was born in 63 and spent most of my childhood fishing, so this series takes me right back to those Halcyon days. After 27yrs I've just started again and loving every minute !!
