  • Those choke hairs are prickly little buggers... I feel like my fruits & veggies have a defense mechanism & are trying to fight back... 1st, I wrestled with a coconut, NOW I got stabbed & pricked by an artichoke... DEFINITELY worth the struggle tho ! ;-) *YUMMI*

  • I wish baby artichokes were easier to find. The big ones don't saute as nicely.
