http://www.mikeyssmail.com Mike shows how to use POMP A DOODLE YARN created by Red Heart. Be prepared for a challenge. It's a unique yarn that you can't just do conventional crochet with. You need to treat DOODLE like it's a bead. Have fun... this isn't so bad!

  • I made the scarf with 3/6/4/5 loops off of the foundation.....but TWICE now it has unraveled from the middle. If any loop gets tugged it starts to come undone. Any thoughts??

  • thank you,i thought your presentation was clear and educational!

  • @iluvprawns My stuff also has less space between the pomps and Im completely lost. I cant figure out what to do with the stuff!

  • I love your videos!

  • Im having a little trouble, and I was hoping you could help me out! I bought some Pompadoodle-style yarn to make a cushie blanket, but all the tutorials I have found have used a type that has 2.5in between pompoms. Well, mine has only 1in. I am just wondering how in the world to stitch with this... I can get only one chain between balls, and a SC takes 2 pompoms. Have you ever encountered yarn like this, or is it just in Australia?

  • This yarn is fabulous. It works up quickly, is pretty, and feels so soft.

  • This is a very clear instruction of how to manage this yarn.

  • I have tried and tried for months to crochet a scarf for my daughter out of this yarn. I always get confused and lost when trying to go back and SC. I can't ever find my chain stitches.

  • Very cute Yarn.. Say Pomp A Doodle 5 times lol..
