The whole song is about resisting temptation and a calling to God. If you read the comment I directed to somebody else just below this one you will further understand. "Your love is teaching me how, how to kneel" Kneel and pray of course and there are plenty of references to the Lord in this song. The verse explains that we are secure in Him, and can be sure that He will never change, and is the same today, and forevermore. This is not preaching.

I'm not sure why I got so many negative votes and yet the incorrect reference got so many likes? Are people in denial or do they really not understand the song? This song is about being in a club called Vertigo, being overwhelmed with temptation, and resisting with faith and love in God. "hello hello" it's a calling to God for help. 1, 2 ,3, 14 is a clear Biblical reference. Are people stupid?
