Iran treats Azaris better than Azarbaijan treats its own Azaries.Iran is a far better country for minorities than the neighboring countries. Iran recently removed visa for Azari's entering Iran. But Azarbijan still requires visa from Iranian travelling to the Republic of Azarbijan!
