Agree with you on the supplement deal. Whey(grass fed), creatine, and possible coffee are the only ones worth considering. Although I see a lot of negative comments about coffee. I think this is more of a cultural thing than anything else. I'm not sure why Americans vilify coffee, but other cultures drink it from infancy with no problem. Brazilians have no clue there is a problem with coffee. Although I can't say I see any performance benefit from drinking it.

Hey man so I was wondering if you could PLEASE answer this for me. So I workout 6/7 days a week, I am 6'0 and 150 pounds. I'm skinny, but I'm pretty fit coming from a competitive swimming background(not to give you my life story). I've never done any supplements and I just bought some Creatine a couple days ago. Directions say to take 1 cup before workout, and 1 after workout, and one in the morning on my non-workout day. Should I go by this, or drink 2 cups after my workout, etc? Thanks man!

So true, supplements you do not need them

The Body only takes what he needs ....So just anderstand ur genetic..... U can have an luxury urine with complements ^^...And Creatin ?...make some more water in your body ? for a ephemere instant ..^^..What the point ...being a water balloon or become a mountain ?

@Theone1337hehe for someone who has a hard time getting enough in a regular diet yes. but if you have no problem eating enough protein from chicken or eggs or beef its wasteful. personally i think its very convenient but dont use it every day.
-
@Theone1337hehe worth it for convenience and as a very sweet way to add protein to desserts ;D. i hate taking shakes now would rather chew through my protein but these powders with a lil water can work magic as a sweet sauce on some oatmeal and whatnot!
coffee if its organic has antioxidants in it too...... so it is waaaaay better for u then redbull, monster etc....... dont rely on a boost to give u a great workout. u WILL become dependant on it.

Yes I know I have many friends dependent on caffeine. And yes, to those needing that boost consider organic coffee.

Since when did you cuss so much man?
As for caffiene and preworkout formulas... The boom and bust probably isn't great for you adrenal glands. Something I thought you'd be 110% against tbh.

I'm sorry for cursing, I was angry. As for pre workout formulas, I am against. I don't advise them, I was just suggesting making your own rather then buying one from the store if you truly want to get it. Yes, you're right, to those consuming caffeine products consider the side effects and find alternatives to the poor choices such as pre workout formulas and canned energy drinks. A fruit smoothie will give you a good rush

what books do you read?

@SiameseTAC
I read lots! From history to nutrition and holistic healing- such as healing the body through figuring out imbalances, whether it would be your nutrition or lack of exercise... I enjoy movement anatomy books as well.
