I agree with you to a point, I find the attrackant scent are a scam. I have never seen a deer come into an attrackant . Yet I do like cover scents like pine to blend, as far as blowing money on them hell no, I make my own with stuff from the woods I hunt. Boil them down to make a spray of hydrosol and your good to go.

yeah but the wind doesnt always stay goin one direction,and you will usually have more deer come in where you least expect it than where you want them too, so iu use cover scent. I have those HS scent wafers that smell like dirt, and i clip one to my hat and after a hour or twoo i replace it with a different one, When im sitting there i can smell it too
