Hi bro nice tune I like it. Can u tell me what synth or vst u use to make such a phat ACID SOUND that starts at 2 : 35 from background ?
I make music myself and I can give u some tips either. If u want ur music get into next level with mixing let me know. My all tunes sound better then professional.

@chisel316 hey mate just a quick question, do you also send everything as midi or you use only audio? thnx
HyborianDemonKnight 9 months ago
@HyborianDemonKnight Sorry for the late reply. I first record as MIDI and then bounce the tracks to audio. I use the external insturment feature in Ableton Live to do this. My workflow has changed a bit since I wrote my last comment. I now use Ableton LIve for all sequencing and summing. It greatly reduces the complexity of the workflow.

What program did you use to record your music? and what interface equipment did you use as a translator between the recorder on the PC and your Emx and other gear? Im trying to make a great setup that can help me get my musical ideas out, especially with a Piano and Electric Violin

Workflow for this song:
1. Compose song on EMX.
2. Use MPC to sequence other synths, drums, and effects.
3. Record everything into Ableton Live using twin ADDA converters and a Creamware Pulsar II.
4. Send all the Live tracks into the Pulsar II for summing (rather than summing in Live).
5. Record final stereo track back into Live.
6. Master using Creamware tools.
7. Import into Soundforge and process with Wavehammer.
8. Convert to MP3 and upload!
