Hamster ball

We just got our new hamster a hamster ball. It confused her a little at first, but now she's obsessed with the thing.

It's very cute and she runs into walls a lot. Silly girl.

@pumuckel123 it's not cruel. What is cruel is keeping the hamster in a cage all the time. At least this way they get to run around.

@XxNolyxX wheels can also hurt hamsters. Some hamsters have been known to strangle in wire wheels and spin so fast in plastic ones that they go flying out. So the hamster should not excersise? Kids can get hurt on bikes,skates,and skateboards, but you are not going to prevent them from using them are you?

@kruemellou sorry, I tought it was mean but the ball has holes in it so the hamster breaths.. and the hamster just get in panic the first few times.. and then they love it.. you can tell if they don't like when they stay they won't run or move, or they'll pee in the ball cus they are scared... my hamster used to pee on the ball the first time but now she loves taking rides on her ball, it's just a few minutes, not hours.. and they won't hit anything if you put them in a place with space

here in germany, it's against the law, to have animals in these balls. the air is bad, the hamster get in panic, because they can't control the ball, they hit everything. please, don't ust these these balls!
