The Abbey of Thelema was the small house which was used as a temple and spiritual centre founded by Aleister Crowley and Leah Hirsig in Cefalù, Sicily in 1920.
Mussolini's Fascist government expelled Crowley from Italy at the end of April 1923.
The Impostors decided to visit this historical place of interest whilst in Sicily and produced this short film.
Did you make a copy of the floorplan? Ive been looking for a copy so I can build the AOT in Second Life.

Aleister Crowley and his 1920's Abbey of Thelema in Northern Sicily. Occult pilgrims and journalists, thrill seekers keep visiting the ramshackle mediterranean home with faint traces of hideous fresco murals, plus more contemporary occult rituals. The Government of Italy nor Sicily have made this site a restored tourist attraction and it is an embarrassment in Catholic heavy Italy for it to be designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Interesting...thanks for posting....so little remains there now, but what was the atmosphere like? What did you take as a 'souvenir?' I would be wary of taking such a thing from there. Oddly the ''frog creature'' painted low down looks like the poor encephalic babies shown on Y/T...very bizarre coincidence.
