Kenny Rushing NEW JACK INVESTORS LAUNCH PARTY

Real Estate Investor and Business Owner Kenny Rushing launched his new Real Estate Program "THE NEW JACK INVESTORS GUIDE" on Saturday June 28th, 2008 with a bangin' party hosted by Hip Hop Artist T-BOZ, formerly of TLC. The party was held at Kenny Rushing's multi-million dollar estate in Tampa, Florida. The guest list read a "who's who" in the Real Estate Industry. Names like Brenda Ayala-Figueruelo, Preston Ely, Mike Collins even Russ Whitney himself was there with his entrouage. Asked about his program Kenny replied "I'm really excited on getting this out.." and "..it's the only product of it's like and will work in any market!"

Why Felix Figueruelo Truly is the MasterBlaster!

I have come across many many people in my life who have professed to be the experts in their fields in many different things. 90% of these people where full of it. When I say "IT" add an "SH" to the front and you'll understand what I really mean. (I promised my good friend Brenda Ayala that I would cut the bad words out of my vocabulary, I hope that did'nt count!) Well this past Weekend I was invited to Kenny Rushings Launch Party. A party that had people with a collective net worth of roughly just over a billion dollars. I tell you this to set up why in my estimation Felix AKA the Master Blaster has earned his nickname. As Kenny was thanking all his mentors and friends that where there (Russ Whitney etc.. ) he thanked his good friend T-Boz formerly of the group TLC who came down all the way from Atlanta to celebrate his event. Well as you might guess after Kenny was done giving his speech people started to line up and take pictures with T-BOZ as if she was a wax figure at Madame Tousads. It was kinda of weird. Well Felix the MasterBlaster had just arrived just a few seconds prior and without skipping a beat, he makes his way thru the crowd and films a priceless peice with his camcorder and himself in the frame!!! He also managed to get a perfect shot of Kenny in the same take!!!! I have met alot of people with alot of monikers but Felix truly is the MasterBlaster!!!!!!!!!
