  • I don't know if she is beautifull because she's playing music on piano

or if the music is beautifull because she's playing.

  • I LOVE the way she plays! It makes you feel as though she's telling her life story through the piano! ^_^

  • Just awesome!

  • It's interesting how American politics changes music in other countries.

  • i had no idea a piano could do THAT <33333

  • It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing, and in my estimation, this ain't got that swing. Sorry.

  • Excellent, emotive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "Cherry Blossom" song is called "Sakura Sakura" and is included in the "Jazz in the Garden" CD (

Stanley Clarke Trio with Hiromi) In Youtube: watch?v=HPLdpkE0RUg

There's a solo version of Hiromi playing "Sakura Sakura" in Youtube: watch?v=O-pa8WQNlt8

This version was played live in a Japan TV show and hasn't been released on CD.

  • I saw Hiromi perform in Oakland at Yoshi's. She played a solo encore, I can't remember the name but it had the words Cherry Blossom in it. I would love to have a recording of it. It killed me--never have I been so moved by a person and their instrument before.
