Super Smash Bros. Melee - Unlock Raichu Rumor

I heard about a rumor of unlocking Raichu as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Melee. If you have him, then could you please tell me how to unlock him by stating in a private message to me, or by stating how to in a comment on my video. If you don't think that he's in there, then could you please send me proof by sending me a private message of the code for Super Smash Bros. Melee to prove that he's not in there. Also, could you please tell me how to unlock any other super secret characters besides the 25 if possible?

in case you you haven't figured it out yet. There is NO Raichi. Most of the comments were made by retards sadly. All the proof you need is to go on the Smash wiki website. and find Raichu. This was just like everyone telling people that Sonic was unlockable. It's sad because people actually believe these idiots.
