good show man, i can respect the training it takes to get to new PR's and the resolve one has to achieve such feats of strength. i recently hit a 210lb clean and press but your progress puts me to shame. i'll keep reaching for bigger numbers always, keep up the good work

those arent 45 plates...

Good observation - I bet you could tell by the pretty colors and the different sizes and the way they bounced, huh?
It's a 25, 20, 15, and 10 kg on each side. 140 kgs x 2.205 lbs = 308.7. Add the 45 lb bar and you get 353.7.
Maybe you shouldn't comment anymore?

No need to get sarcastic. He only made an observation, not a criticism. Are they plates designed primarly for Weightling so they can be thrown..?

On YouTube, it seems, everyone is an armchair quaterback, and it gets old luvfmuscle. Forgive me for a rash response, but he should develop thicker skin.
They're called bumper plates and yes, they're used for olympic lifting because they can be dropped repeatedly without harming the plates or the ground.
