Agreed on all points. For a while I was a Lol-tard (I didn't call Dota a ripoff or anything, I just strayed away from its learning curve) but I started watching more and more Dota videos and every time I do I come to enjoy their differences and similarities. As for champs/heros being free or requiring purchase, I enjoy that Lol forces abit more specialization and thought when it comes to trying out a new character because you will have to purchase itbut at the same time I enjoy Dotas ease of use
