Golden eagle catches hare on the Hayward shoreline. Rare occurance so close to the freeway.

  • wow that's amazing I go almost every evening with my dog to the hayward shoreline and never seen a golden eagle-even not at sunol ohlone wilderness what is known for golden eagles-well maybe someday...:)

  • yes there are many videos on here of them doing so. I Do not think its their natural prey but falconers/austringers do train them to hunt wolves especially in Kazakhstan/Mongolia.
