Are you supposed to fill the cartridges to the VERY top or leave a little space in there?

leave about an 1/8" from the top.

If you are removing two plastic pieces to fill the cartridge then you are fill it from the wrong end. You should be filling the end that you insert into the atomizer.

you dont need to take the cap off to fill it.

what I do is fill it from the small hole on the top but fill very slowly so the juice goes in without filling the hole. juice goes in very easily.

I also tried to fill that way, popping the top cap off and also spilled a ton of juice all the place into a sticky mess. There is a second plactic ring inside 1/8 the way down.

It would not go past that second little plastic piece. Then I got a big mouthfull of juice. Nasty !

I had to go find a syringe, made a mess filling that and had to fill from the bottom end. I find it leaks just as bad as the original 510 from the battery connection junction. TOTAL waste of money . HATE IT.

I tried filling with taking off the lid first like you demonstated but di not actually fill yourself that way. What happened when I filled that way is it it just leaked out the sides and wasted my eliquid. Please revise video.
