Well, looks like someone's trying to get Lyin' Larry Lyon out of office. I saw on channel 3 news that some Perry person has already challenged Lyon' Larry for his seat this coming November. Be sure to vote to get that Lyon' councilman out of office!

I'm quite sure he'll never collect a dime of the $500,000.00 he's suing for, because the people of Idaho Falls along with the judges are not idiots (we don't award people a million dollars because they ordered hot coffee and then spilled it on themselves!) My only hope is that he's not re-elected as a councilman and has to pay all court costs involved in his idiotic lawsuit!

I saw the news report that mentioned the abuse was available on YouTube. So,... I looked it up to see for myself. I hear a dope warning police that he is filming as a police man is clearly seen walking away. I fail to understand where the abuse is.

I don't see a threat.... you would think that a represenative of the city as a councilman, he would do all that he could to try and cooperate with the police, not just look for a opportunity to line his pockets

Lets see, a prosecutor that conducted misconduct over at least a ten year period and nobody knew? Wake up shannah and smell the lack of diversity that your department offers. One color and one temple and one mayor. Funny how we dont mention how the AG's office had to investigate and clear individuals charged with felonies from this department. Its not the cream of the crop rising to the detectives office or is it?

It was the police chief who turned the prosecutor into the city who in turn notified the county who notified the AGs office. If a "club house" mentality really existed, then no one would have heard of the prosecutors misconduct would they? I love how only 14 seconds of a 45 minute encounter is posted here, why only 14 seconds. Maybe because the other 43 minutes and 46 seconds show what an idiot the person doing the filming really is. I would trust the IF police over Larry any day.

Let me get this straight, you think Larry Lyon refusing to show his driver's license to the police and arguing with them about his dogs being out (again) has to do with the prosecutor being in jail and a judge dismissing the case against someone else. What planet do you live on?
