Thank you! yes it is a frogspawn, I got that clown fish when it was a tiny baby and it took to the bubble coral and the frogspawn almost immediately.
The power outage was actually caused by a faulty cheap heater in the tank and I think it might have shocked the tank before blowing my circuit and then it was also the middle of winter so the tank temperature dropped pretty drastically over night.
