This is a very rare and one of a kind recording of the band BR5-49 when the first started at Robert's Western World.
You will notice that "Chuck" (Mead) was not present in this recording and "Bugs" (Mark Ude) the sax player that was with them in the early, early days is playing and 'Smilin' Jay McDowell had not made the scene yet and Jim 'Bones' Becker was still with them playing electric bass. Also Gary Bennett is fronting the band, Don Herron is on the fiddle and I'm not sure if Shaw Willson is on drums here? Seems if memory serves me correctly, He also was away at that time with Chuck?
