dont be too hard on yourself for gaining. I think getting in the right frame of mind is a process that comes with weight loss, especially if you are looking to maintain. I'm sure its much harder now that you have so much going, but dont lose focus on yourself. You are important too!! I'm new to your videos, but you seem to be a wonderful person. I'm here to offer support!!
