can we please remember the real victim of this case Meridith Kercher she was a young women with her whole life ahead of her yet she seems to be have been forgotton about totally. I do not know if Amanada did it or not but she has been convicted if it had been an american killed by a british student you would all be calling for the death penalty. Mignini has a motive to lie. So does Guede, but not Amanda and Rafaelle.They are innocent. Mignini should be in jail THIS MINUTE. @WillShakespeare2007 Once again, I can't be too sure what, how, and in the context of *exactly* what was said in those interrogations, because there is no transcripts. And playing telephone in a murder trial is pretty precarious. Oh, and can you clarify that 'buying cleaning products' claim? Because as far as I know, that has never been substantiated. (such as no receipts found)

So I agree these things happen but there would be too many people involved and evidence like DNA on the bra clasp, his computer use, claiming he couldn't remember if they had sex, changing alibis, buying cleaning products while claiming to be asleep. For me there are too many little things. I also find it disgusting the way Americans have used nationalism with major politicians jumping on the band wagon to vilify Italy.
