The Supreme Court has ruled that "income" equals profits and gains derived from capital. You cannot "derive" gain or profit from wages--an even exchange. Wages are not "income." But the courts are now so corrupt they pay no attention to previous rulings. Milking the wage earner has just become too easy. We are all slaves to the banksters and the money they create out of nothing and loan to us (and our government) at interest. What a scam!

The IRS uses devilish fraud in its wording of the documents--fooling the people into believing they have to pay taxes legally on wages. The up side is they are all going to burn in hell. The down side is, you will pay taxes on your wages, slave, or they will throw you in jail. They are the bill collectors for the PRIVATE BANKSTER outfit called the Federal Reserve. I say pay your extortion money if you work--I don't want anyone to go to jail.

"Income" was never meant to cover a person's wages. A person's wages is even exchange. There is no PROFIT when you trade an hour of your life for an hour's wages. In fact, you lose money as it costs money to work. Wages were a means to obtain capital so one could invest it and thereby make a GAIN--then pay taxes. The whole system has been turned on its head. Watch Aaron Russo's "Freedom to Fascism." That being said, they will put you in jail. Extortion and racketeering. Welcome to USA.

...36 years.
There is no parole in the federal system.
This is a life sentence for Danny as it is unlikely he's going to live long enough to see his release.
