I don't see how, in particular, going to renewable energies promotes a global agenda when this end can be accomplished in a free market. While I may not completely agree that CO2 emissions are a primary greenhouse gas (water vapor being the dominant one), I do see that fossil fuels are a finite energy source, and migration from fossil fuels to renewable energies is ultimately necessary. I also may not agree that exaggerating the effect of CO2 is a good means to that end.
