Publix Spies on Farmworkers

The Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) and their allies are calling on publix to end slavery in their supply chain and ensure that the workers who pick their tomatoes are treated fairly. They are not claiming the guy was trying to be invisible, only that he did not disclose his association with Publix or provide any explanation as to why he was focusing on children.

The guy is wearing a traffic vest, spy is not the word most people would use to describe such an observer.

I understand the desire to improve wages and working conditions, I do not understand why everything that is supposedly in support of the workers has the air of lies or hysteria about it.
