Laid-Back Long Beach Riding - 8/18/2009

A laid-back, late afternoon, 2-hour long, 25-mile bicycle ride on my Bacchetta Aero recumbent, along the Los Angeles River then along the beach path and up along Second Street in Belmont Shore to Polly's Coffee and back along the same route.

Great video and great ride! Sorry I wasn't there too but I was soaring my hang glider 89 miles that day over the Sierra Nevada range.

Hey! I finally got to do the San Gabriel river to Whittier-Narrows to Rio Hondo Creek to LA River and the Long Beach River Front loop! Did it last Saturday with a recumbent group. I was looking for you along the way but did not expect to see you. I posted a video response of my ride above.
