Decent spoof. But you get a dislike because of that stupid closing starting at 43 sec.

DAMN I LIKE THIS MUSIC SO MUCH.....I AM GOING TO DOWNLOAD IT...

@drunifex They sell more music online than offline now. Before we bought a CD to a set price, now we just buy the songs we like from an album. The music industry complains about a 11% drop in sales last year. However many only buy 50% of an album online, discarding what they dislike. That lowers the expected income on an album, so part of the 11% drop is due to that. Piracy is damaging, but there's other factors as well that must be taken into consideration, that's all I'm saying.

@YeTenuousUmbrae and if the person would have bought the car that they got for free? That means the people who put the effort into design and building the car get nothing. Thats doesn't sound very fair. Its theft of intellectual property. If you don't like the price don't buy it (or steal it).

@TheNightshade43 Agree $6 before 6pm in some cinemas in the US in Australia the cheapest price you get is $14 bucks.

@MrNadaname Im sure they are exaggerating damage. Prior to torrents you loaned your game to a few friends. Now with torrents you can "loan" (giveaway) to thousands upon thousands of users. The damage is significant because in that group of thousands there are a lot of lost sales. If you don't like the price don't buy it (or pirate it) the sellers will soon get the message and drop the price. Thats how a free market works. Pirating defeats those price signals.

@drunifex The damage of piracy is exaggerated, people download a lot they would never buy, but being free they check it out. The industry assume that they just lost a sale, not true. Prior to torrents people lent movies, games, etc from friends, now they download them instead, but in both cases the industry earns zero. If you add the x factors into the equation the loss isn't really that much higher. Imagine having a real job, buying an overpriced movie that sucks.. that's annoying!

Nice spoof. But remember if everyone pirated music/games/movies very few would be made. Programmers, actors, fat executives, marketing directors etc... have to eat too. Imagine if you slogged your guts out to build something to sell and it ended up online being downloaded for free you would feel pretty annoyed.
