With what does it produce the steam?

It is a paraffin-powered car with a 10h.p. engine with 3 cylinders. The paraffin is used to boil water in the boiler, to produce the steam.

Why people don't start making steam cars again when oil is just simply too expensive and it's running out.

See my edited comments about the video, now I've found out a bit more about the car - it is a bit of a paraffin guzzler! Still, that's a lot cheaper than petrol/diesel at present.
