Zimbabwean Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai says the cholera epidemic sweeping the country is worse than previously reported.
He says the 85-thousand cases and over four-thousand deaths reported were most likely a dramatic understatement of the real figures.
His comments come as US President Barack Obama extended sanctions targeting Zimbabwe's president and others for another year.

"All thanks to one man and his regime"
To remind you, this man and this regime did not appear from nowhere. Zimbabweans willingly brought it onto themselves. They were unhappy with Rhodesian franchise that required educational minimum and wanted "one man - one vote" regardless if that man had a stick through his nose. So they supported Mugabe's guerrillas, danced at the independence, kept electing Mugabe and supported evictions of white farmers. Now they are dying of cholera. Who is to blame?
