I've always kind of thought that I'm using my stronger leg to torque my hips and my weaker leg to swing. Is going southpaw a bad idea do you think? I know a K-1 kickboxer Jerome LeBanner is right handed and he's a southpaw but for different reasons. I "feel" more comfortable having my power leg back to generate a more deadly kick. But my right leg while using this style has become virtually useless in terms of power. I just wanted some pointers on how to make my right kick better. Sorry sowinded

Can I have some advice on my kicks please? I am a right handed southpaw but I can easily use an orthodox style. I started out in an orthodox style but I have no power at all in my right kick. Seriously, it's getting better but I kick like an old Grannie with my right leg. With my left leg on the other hand I kick like a horse. Seriously, I kick extremely hard with my left. What could be YOUR assessment of this situation? I can lead just as comfortably with my right as with my left.
