i was told by the dealer i bought mine off , to put 10 hours on it at no more than 2/3 throttle , but not it a tank of water , it must be under load , so as you can see i bought an inflatable to run it in , been doing it on the river humber , check out the other 2 little vids , he also said that when it is run in it will be time for its first service , hope this helps , one of the better forums for anything boaty or outboardy is practicalboatingforum best regards jeff

SUCKING UP WATER AND PUMPING IT ROUND THE ENGINE TO KEEP IT COOL

thanks for that mate. ive got mine on 3.4 meter inflatable.gonna try get on east coast round filey next week. just tryin to find good places round that area to launch it . seen your other vids they good. we used to have 22ft sail boat at the humer mouth yacht club spent loads of time on that river - fast tides eh ! i ll have a look at the forum too thanks again .... hi , i just got one of these exact same new but it has not come with the owners book . what did you do to run yours in ? dealer says not full thottle till first 12 litre tank full has gone. seems a lot too me ? specially as i dont get to use it much . would appreciate you views . thanks.......
