  • I think barbell rows belong to this list. Do those lifts 3xz a week and u will build huge or get very strong.

  • @thisonefuckinguy Because it uses all of the muscles on your back at the same time? That's why it's crucial. Deadlift and shoulder press, and you'll have an AWESOME back.

  • great advice! used to think squat-dead-bench- overall physique but i can see why shoulder press is crucial.
