Chilli Sauce Tests "STING" www.antjansauces.com

STING a sauce from www.antjansauces.com in QLD Aust, run by Tony and Janelle Tanzer. They have a range of sauces, jams, pastes and chutney's and can get online from their site. Tony sent this with a few of his others down so could see what like..Today we test STING..

Ingredients:
Paw Paw
Habanero's
Pineapple
Onion
Vinegar
Water
Sugar
Honey
Lime Juice
Salt
Vanilla Essence
Xanthan Gum

What's it Like ?
How Hot it it ?

An Instant Flavour explosion all over the Mouth and its sweet and lightly fruity and the tase stays the whole time, LOVE IT, luke picked the Honey out during smelling but was just a nice sweet fruity tomatoish actually to me but didn't taste tomato at all.. Loved it

Heatwise the site has 8/10, the label had 10/10 and would put it at 8 BUT luke said 9 as did Ben so its depending on the Person, a great heat though and lasted for ages.. Moved from back to front and lit the Lips up , Luke said his teeth stang

Would go great on seafood and says that on Label but also chicken or Meat,, anything that would like a Nice sweetish flavored sauce with a not to bad a Burn and a Lasting taste that's fantastic

That one looked similar in color and consistency to your Skobian. Doesn't seem to pack the wallop that your Skobian does though. Your Skobian is fantastic!!

@woodsleeps yea tested it last year or year before but Have and its in here somewhere, can't put link in as won't let, was Ok but touch salty as parky says,, haven't tried the nando's hmmm :D

@22694nayeem no, Like Natural things Not chemically enhanced and usually only test sauces as people send fresh / natural 1's they make so can show, done a few extracts though to see what like but all taste the same, suppose its the extract in them but insanely hot for ages and not well for hrs after (when have lots)

@gardini100 yes it happens and noticed as went along, ill pass on extracts as done heaps and all the same taste the same ,, and then makes food taste like it be interesting to see though what think of, know will be damn hot :D its heaps addictive too but have heaps of naga powder so can nuke anything
