@WillowMarine She uses her legs to push herself off the ground and give her enough spin to complete the circular motion before her feet hit the surface of the table. When her feet hit the table she immediately finds her balance, allowing her to stand on the table instead of simply plummeting down to earth again.

beatrix knows the girl is weaker and younger and could have a different future so she's not able to fight with rage against her...that's why she loses her sword and kills gogo with sadness

it always struck me how Uma needs help hopping from one table to the other while Chiaki (who's not a martial arts practicioner, far as i know) can spin jump onto the table while swinging that ball around, wireless.
