Pinellas Park auto dealership under investigation

Pinellas Park, FL - Marcus W. was looking for a hot car and a good deal. But he says he was deceived. He spotted a 2001 maroon Toyota Spyder with 22,000 miles on EBay listed for $7500. The seller: Y and K Auto Sales in Pinellas Park. But he ended up with a silver Spyder with 54,000 miles. Silver paint was rubbing off, tires were going flat. There was faulty wiring, poor lighting and water leaking into the car. Glass still pours from under the dash. Marcus said "Y and K" showed him a report listing a minor crash with damage to the driver side panel. A legitimate Carfax report later showed something much different. The business is operate under Yuriy Kutsayev and George Gorgidzhanov. Offers free CarFax reports on vehicles he is selling, but has altered them to delete important information such as auto accidents, etc. ALWAYS order and pay for an authentic CarFax report, rather than accepting his. Buys damaged vehicles, does shoddy repair work and then markets the car as in good shape with no history of accidents, damage, etc.

Tries to collect sales taxes from out-of-state buyers; then keeps the money.

Marcus Really Did Have a Chance to Buy any Of 5 Cars,

He came One for an excellent Condition, Priced for $8000 Red 2002

But Came and wanted something around 5500and hes choosed the one with Bad condition But For Cheaper Money,

he Bought It,

And In a Year Reporting Something Bad Abount It, IN ABOUT A YEAR(12 MONTHS)

Cars Retail sold for 5500 to Him Retailed At $13,500

Dealer Would Not even sell for 12k for a vehicle Like That,

OMG!!! NEVER buy used!!! Marcus, I am sorry this happened to you, these small owner shops will always rip you off. I hope that it has been resolved. I have been burned in the past when I was young like you and I have learned. People like to prey on the young and elderly. Please take my advise, never buy used. If it sounds like a really really good deal, it most likely is not!!! Good luck.
