This idea came to me when I was listening to this song and I thought is Utopia a place or a metaphor so I looked it up in the dictionary and it said that Utopia is a dreamlike place. so in my translation the song was talking about that when their are good times and its dreamlike their is always something to ruin it. Hence the "Why does it rain,rain,rain down on Utopia"
