$75 is pushing it. Alot of great knives for 50 or 60. $400 and I would feel like the maker is laughing at me all the way to the bank !

No disrespect meant, but your vid showing you crowing over the knife is not a helpful review, though it resembles many others on YouTube. I don't require a $400.00 blade to open mail or packages. Also, even $200.00 Chinese blades these days open and close with a satisfying "snick."
More helpful would be showing the knife in action, in bushcraft or other practical situations. Show us how well it performs batoning and other actual knife tasks.

@ZippoVarga Not sure where you got that info.

I just got my Sebenza 21. It is a bit different from the one you reviewed. It is S35VN steel and has "Idaho Made" on the handle along with the CR logo. The born on date is 12/20/11. I have many quality knives, and the Sebenza is by far the best knife I own. The tolerances and materials are the best you can get. The knife is the perfection of simplicity.
I just ordered a Seb 21 small that I can use as an EDC blade. Knives have to be under 3" to be legal in my domain. The knives worth the $

Great video. I've been collecting folders (both manufactured & custom) for over 25 years and yes, you're absolutely correct. One thing that you don't really stress in your video is that it is probably the strongest folder available on the market. I've been carrying a Sebenza since 1995 and it still functions like new. I picked up a limited edition wood inlay in 2000 and another in 2004. Chris Reeve really does make the World's Best Folding Knives. I'd recommend this knife to everyone.

I couldn't quite see the knife in your little video picture, so I'm thinking "oh wow, this guy with his $40 Gerber"
Lol I need to get myself a sebenza, badly, maybe its time for me to start thinking about a used one...
Anyways, nice video man, you have my sub.
I got to agree it's nice at 75.00 Reeves is just not that good for 450.00 dollars ,NO WAY Sunshine, For less than half the cash I Could get Large Cowry-X Damascus Traditional Higonokami Folder of 3-inch Hattori's famous Cowry-X Powdered steel core forge layered with Nickel/Stainless Damascus blade with thumb opening lever, 3-3/4" Nickel silver handle with lanyard.Cowry-X Damascus blade Now I sound like a SalesMan Not a Spammer honest but it would cut that Knife in half ! No joke..

When you pay for a name and quality, for the price, I would expect service like Benchmade. FREE Sharpening for life. But they are top of the line. No argument there. I'm sure if I could afford one, it would surpass my every expectation. But I am hung up on them charging you to sharpen or even bead blast the scales again. Am I being overly critical of a knife that already costs what an average car payment is only to have to pay for servicing it? Love the knife and great review as always!!

@ZippoVarga Dont know where you got your info from but CR sharpens, takes apart cleans and lubes any of his knives sent to him for FREE, the bead blast is wear and tear by the user and you pay a small fee for that....

@humans4targets2 Oh wow bro.....I just listened to the video again and I misunderstood you when you said $27.00. My bad. I'm relieved that they don't charge for sharpening. To me, the Sebenza is like a Rolls Royce and Rolls Royce never charged for service on their engines and drive trains. Again, my bad bro! One of these days I hope to own a CR, but knowing me, I'll be afraid to carry it!!! lol Cheers!!
