i saw this movie once, i thought it was a good movie. it looks like ludovic identifies really strongly with women/mother figures, in a natural way. i guess its because he feels more feminine than most boys. a girl-boy or boy with a girl's brain/brain chemistry or something.
I know you wrote this a year ago, but I saw your comment and I totally agree with you. I had been meaning to see this movie for a long time and finally saw it. Now I don't want to pick because I'm no director, but I felt this scene was so touching that it should have been used later in the film...curious to see what you think or anyone else's opinion...thanks...

I found this to be such a touching scene!
Just saw this movie this afternoon. Loved the movie. I like this scene because he is accepted at this moment and it shows him truly happy!
