  • What a legacy Jack left. I remember my Mom watching and exercising with Jack. Living in the Now is vital. So grateful to be on the Queen (Nutrition) bandwagon.

  • Patricia Bragg and Jack LaLanne are very truthful speaking Health Crusader, living and preaching the health and fitness lessons which her father and Jack´s mentor Dr. Paul C. Bragg, the most recogniced expert of Health, Fitness and Longevity has preached the 20. century.

  • wow he was GREAT.. one great American.. he is missed. long live Jack Lalane.. Patricia is a sweetheart

  • One thing that is Missing in this video discussion is the ACE and that is CHIROPRACTIC CARE, and Jack was a chiropractor.

  • He worked out the day before he died. Most people spend their last years in and out of hospitals.

  • @2emeraldeyes

I'm pretty sure He was a Christian, fitness, especially Bodybuilding, in my mind is more about living young until I die rather than trying in vain to live forever.

I don't think Jack worried about death, rather he made jokes about it. When you think about it if we're all going to die and can't do anything to stop it, then why worry? Do what you can, take care of your Spiritual life by accepting God, and prolong your life and be happier through fitness That's how I live

  • I hope Jack made sure he was ready for the kingdom in the afterlife....He's gone now....No matter how healthy we are, we are all going to die someday...truth

  • @rockman1754 Totally.... :-/

  • What a legacy of health and fitness Jack left the world. We remember him with gratitude and love. He is so right, live NOW ~ in this moment!

  • REMEMBER KIDS...

If you know a kid out there that "talks crazy" and talks NON-SENSE and is often called a "DREAMER"... you may be looking at a historical star.

  • @mrinnersanctum true. death comes to us all. but its not just about how long you live. its also about how well you live. I see people in their 20's and 30's who move like they are in their 90's . they are overweight, depressed, and unhealthy.. exercise and good nutrition gives us a better quality of living. it sharpens our minds, and makes us happier and increases the overall strength and health of our bodies.. he is to our health well being in all area's for as long as we are here on earth! =D
