@shmiggen why is it that you go straight for th lazy man when most men want to be there for their kids but these nasty women just want money and to banash the man until the child get s to teenage years and then she can't handle him and then she wants the dad to swoop in and fix everything. Child support is a scam.

@Babeontoast, do your self a large favor, get rid of the hate!! Instead work to create a balanced system, one that creates peace and justice. A system that is fair to all , instead of promoting a hate filled agenda. A fair shake, creates a feeling of justice and that makes it possible to have peace and working relationship. Men that don't want kids, can say no, just women can now.

Babeontoast, its obvious you did not pay attention. I am for equality, that means reproductive choice for men too! Most men want children and families. There ok with supporting and raising the kids. They do not want and will not accept the one sided arrangement. You are basically hate filled individual, that has does not understand that everybody had rights, that includes women. More and more women are becoming noncustodial parents ,should we take away their rights too??

@BabeonToast I know they don't. My daughter's dad flat out left the country and told me that I could figure out how to raise my daughter on my own, he wanted nothing to do with either of us. I understand that that's not always the case, but I'm willing to bet that a lot of the men whining about men not having the ability to see their kids or not wanting to pay child support for fear of the money not being used for the kids, etc, are really just too scared to do what my daughter's dad did...

@unclefixer Women still do the vast majority of child-rearing. If the father's rights nazis had their way, children can be raised on 50 or less a month. They are not interested in caring for the children. If you selfish, entitled boys want to raise the children after the divorces, get off your LAZY asses and raise the children BEFORE them.

The parenting contract and yes, that is what the courts call it, need to be mutual and fair. A contract , by legal, definition , is bilateral , ie two way. But the corrupt system had given all the choices and rights to the woman. Once men learn the law and it's called the "law of voids" you can cut off the money, power and control, women will then realize rights have limits and responsibilities atached , men will have rights and women will have to respect and abide by them.

This why we need to develope the "man's pill". Once men can say, no, I don't think I will have a child right now or have a child with you. Then you will see a change. Also men need to learn the law, band together and get rid of the biased system. Fact is, most orders for child support are void and you can get rid of them. This does not mean you don't have to provide , no you can just do it in a private arrangement, where you have rights that you can enforce. This might just stop the women.
