"Russian atomic clock" in radio

Russian exact atomic clock time signal can be heard in Finland
at 10 MHz. I've myself used it for astronomical measurements.

Interesting. I'm in SW Ohio, and we can hear a clock, but it counts by seconds only.

intresting, here in Oregon, USA, we would never hear this, as WWVB or WWVH would obliterate the signal. Often times, I hear WWVB and WWVH at exactly the same time.

I think you will find that is the time and frequency standards signal from the Institute of Metrology for Time and Space RVM on 9996khz.
