Hello everyone and welcome back to Clevver Games, your source for gaming news on YouTube. I'm your host Andrea Rene and it looks like we are inching our way closer to an official announcement about the sequel to Beyond Good & Evil. The action adventure from Ubisoft has been in development for years but the publisher has yet to make an official announcement about the game. Instead, they have only confirmed that a small development team is working on it.

But recently at last week's Montpellier In Game conference, developers Michael Ancel and Jordan Mechner went on stage to show off concept art for the game. The art appears to be influence by Indian themes with shrines of the elephant god Ganesha and tuk-tuks.

The presentation was invite-only and themed around narrative design and inspiration for the game. The team of designers reportedly flew to India to experience the culture for themselves, similar to what the team working Assassin's Creed did in Istanbul for Revelations.

Teasers video for the game have been on the Internet for some time now but this is the most recent news that we've heard of the game. The proudest moment in my gaming life was the day when I walked into a shop and bought this game on PS2. I recall having mixed feelings about this game (was afraid of it being like Resident Evil; I hate zombies), but bought it anyways, and when I played it, I was AMAZED. It's a rare gem amongst games, and has been one of my most prized possessions (I still own it).

Now I bought the BG&E HD on PS3. If you guys want the sequel, then I suggest you to buy the HD version to show your support!

The first beyond good and evil was just an amazing game

@reaper2811 eh comared to every other game title its one of the shortest, it only gets beat by portal 2 thats 6 hours in length and portal which i believe is 3 so when doing a 100 percent run is around 10, a normal run would be around 8 hours the equivilant of watching the indiana jones movies back to back :I

the only issue i had with the first game is that it was to short, i beat it with collecting all of the animal pics, disks and orbs in 10 hours

@Davy2612 yep :) the scope and size is just too big for the 360 and ps3.
