Addictions may just be a matter of the pineal gland off balance. Try this meditation for 40 days to break any addictions.
Addictions are habits and are formed in the subconscious mind.

  • hi there , when i meditate i feel as if tho im outside myself , like im living in my subconssoius mind i feel that this is kind of unplesant and i feel sort of scared at times about it, is this normal ? should i keep meditating or stop ? kind regards.

  • @calle899 Sat Nam, it is normal when meditating to feel different especially if you are a person who lives in the MIND. That feeling 'sort of scared' is fear - and that is generated by the EGO. The EGO wants to control and does not want anything to do with meditation. Keep up with Kundalini Yoga meditations - they work fast and they are safe. Always tune in with the ADI MANTRA before you meditate - Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo- 3 X

KEEP MEDITATING - means one less neurotic person on the planet.

  • @mensnewmoon ok thank u !, but what is the ego really ? is it your mind your thoughts and emotions ? some people say thats its your confidence ? i dont know really, but is it your thoughts ? i really want to clear up what the ego really is , can u help me ? kind regards .

  • @calle899 Sat Nam, I just posted a blog article on what the ego is - it is your false self created by your mind.

Go to the catalyst yogi dot com website and look for 5 Stories the Ego Tells you - this will give you more of an in depth explanation.
