I wish my hair was straight like yours!! Mines is an in-between straight and wavy. Plus it's as long, if not longer than yours and thick. I've been doing the sock bun curls this week, I'm gonna try this this week!

Try Paul Mitchell SuperSkinnySerum like dime size amount rub it into your hands like moisturizer and run your fingers thru the curls or try AwapuhiWildGinger StylingTreatmentOil :)... this will help add shine and define your curls a lil more ... 3 the video

does anyone know if this will work for really long hair ? i have hair that goes down a little past my waist and a lot of these no heat curling methods don't work for it. my sock bun was an effing disaster.

I've been doing this for almost a week now. Not only does it cut down on the time it takes me to get ready in the mornings, but my hair looks great! I have naturally (unpretty!!) hair that I usually blow out straight. With this though, I just shower at night, put in some curling product, let my hair air-dry most of the way & put it up before bed. My hair looks great & I love not having to use heat on it every day!

Is there a product I should put in my hair before I put it in the headband? Can my hair be wet?

@ladyany2003 It depends on your hair. If your hair gets frizzy I'd suggest some sort of frizz tamer. And, since my hair is so straight I used a gel for extra hold.
And, I wouldn't say wet hair... maybe a little moist. Again, it depends on your hair. I like my hair a little moist when I put it up because it's stubborn and straight. :) Good luck!
