it's not that i know that much, i just have been a taekwondo black belt for almost 3 years, and been training for 8 but
1.- shut the fuck up!!!!damn bitch cant you respect a bit??
2.- all that school is a disgrace,i've seen kids of 7 or 8 years break boards with their head on the first try
3.- that punk shouldnt be a black belt, for christ sake you cant even break a board with your fist??like you broke sheets or sth like that on your other exams? grow a pair dude

Board breaking with the head is unnecessary. Nobody should be attempting this, especially kids. Head butting techniques are to be used against softer surfaces (e.g. nose, temple). This instructor doesn't deserve to teach if he is this irresponsible to require this as part of junior students' tests. Possible concussion, brain damage, cerebral hemorrhaging, brain aneurysms, all to break a piece of wood. That's not funny. Hope you're OK. Smart "teacher". He's got a thing or two to learn.
